      • Drivers must legally be at least 16 years and older / Passengers should be at least 5 years and older
      • Pregnant Women are not allowed on board at any stage of pregnancy.
      • Passport should be presented upon arrival for check in purpose.
      • In case of unsafe weather conditions, the ride will be canceled, and you will be asked to reschedule to another day or cancel for a full refund
      • Travelers should have a strong physical fitness level to ride the Jet Ski/Jet Car
      • Any damage, injuries, or items lost during the ride are not covered by insurance and are the participant's responsibility
      • All participants must sign an indemnity form before the ride
      • The price is calculated per Jet Ski or Jet Car and 2 people can share one. If you are 2 people who want to share a Jet Ski/Jet Car, choose 1 package when booking,
      • • A valid Photo ID is required on the day of travel. • You will receive an instant confirmation email after booking, but it cannot be used to redeem the counter • You will receive another separate email after the booking is made.
