    • IMG Worlds of Adventure will accept no liability for loss, injury/ incidents and/ or damages sustained while in the Theme Park.
    • Height, weight, size and age restrictions and medical warnings apply to certain rides and attractions. These will be displayed at each relevant ride and attraction and made available from Guest Services.
    • Full Day Park Adventure starts from 12 noon – 10pm from Sunday to Friday and from 12noon- 11pm on Saturdays. Timings are subject to seasonal changes and during events and will be decided by the Park Management.
    • If transfer option NOT selected , Please make own arrangement to IMG World of Adventure
    • If Transfer option selected : The transfer is only available from Dubai - Deira / Bur Dubai / Downtown / Al Barsha / Marina / Jumeirah / Palm Jumeirah Hotels.
    • Customers will be dropped in the parking area and take the IMG shuttle bus to the park's entrance
    • • Admission to IMG World is valid only for the specific date and time shown on your ticket • The ticket holder should arrive 15 minutes prior to the time shown on the ticket and IMG World cannot guarantee entry to any person arriving after the time stated on the ticket. • You will receive an instant confirmation email from Viator; this confirmation cannot be used to ENTER that will serve your booking receipt. You will receive another separate email attaching the Voucher Ticket that YOU MUST PRESENT ONLY to the Ticketing counter together your photographic I.D. • Visitors may be required to provide proof of identification. • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult holding a valid admission ticket. • If transfers not selected - please make own arrangement to IMG World • If transfer option selected - • The Hotel pickup is only available from hotels in Dubai - Deira / Bur Dubai / Downtown / Al Barsha / Marina / Jumeirah / Palm Jumeirah area. • Hotel pick up will be 01 hours prior to selected visit time. • Guest can re-confirm and/or update their bookings via our 24/7 Customer Care at +971 56 504 0565 (Call / WhatsApp) or email us at: bookings@orienttours.ae
    • • Your centrally located Dubai Hotels and Dubai Cruise Port Rashid or Harbour Marina ( Only if transfer option selected) • For guests staying in any Private Residence or Villa in Dubai, the pick-up can be arranged(Location link mandatory). • Pick-up service from Jebel Ali Hotels, Bab Al Shams, or from Al Maha Desert Resort or others locations ( which is not in the City limit) are available only at the additional cost upon request based on your location.
